Just over 3000 Soemtron ETR222's were made during their production run of 1970-72 and by modern standards they are very large and cumbersome, but very typical of their age - the 1960s. This page shows a few views and a video of a working Soemtron ETR222 (S# 74775) in good condition owned by Manfred Böhm. To date this is the fifth Soemtron 222 that we know to exist.
